If the products you order are in stock we will send your package out the same day of the order.
You should receive your order within 1-2 working days (For the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries take a few more days).
If a product is not in stock, delivery time is usually 7 – 30 business days. (This depends on the drying times of the newly made soaps).
Orders outside of the EU take max. 20 business days.
How to calculate the shipping cost to your country:
- Move your mouse over the shopping bag icon on the top right side of the page, and click on “View cart”.
- On the shopping cart page, on the right under “Cart totals” click on the green “Calculate shipping” text.
- Choose/search your country from the shipping calculator, you will automatically see the shipping cost.
