Sabish Naturals is a family business that is set up in The Netherlands. We make 100% herbal natural soap and handmade natural gift sets. We only use well known therapeutic oils and herbs straight from nature, and pure essential oils in our soaps. Carrying on our family tradition of soapmaking like our grandparents and their elders always did around the sunny Mediterraenean regions, we present you our eco-friendly brand; Sabish.

  • Our soaps do not contain synthetic perfumes, plastics, petrochemicals or other harmful chemical additives.

The beginning

The origins of our story started with an unfortunate event in 2014 as our father was diagnosed with skin cancer. A part of his skin looked unusually dry and it had a never ending rash. Thankfully this was quickly treated and removed successfully. However, from this point onward, it was now our mission to do everything it takes to make sure that it would never come back again.

This made us analyze the products he topically used for all these years. We believe that the main cause for his skin to dry out and to develop a form of skin cancer was the use of synthetic soap bars, liquid soaps and shower gels that he had used almost daily throughout his life. You have probably also used these at least once in your life; with beautiful colours and textures, leaving a long lasting perfume on your skin after use. Unfortunately, the long lasting perfumes are usually made from synthetic lab-made chemicals that stay on your skin for a long time.

The skin is your largest organ and research shows that the skin absorbs about 65% of what you put on it! Everything that gets absorbed through your skin into your bloodstream, gets processed by your organs. If you use soaps and shower gels with harmful chemicals everyday for 20 or 30 years, the harmful chemicals will definitely accumulate somewhere within your organs such as the liver and possibly also other organs.

Therefore we have tried looking for healthier olive oil based soaps and cosmetic products that did not contain any harmful chemicals, such as dioxane, sodium laureth sulfate, triclosan, parabens or palm oils. Unfortunately, the search for alternatives were rather disappointing. The "natural" soaps and "natural" skincare products we found on the market were actually not as natural and innocent as they claimed to be.

This has lead to the birth of this brand; Sabish.

Sabish Naturals will always remain to provide pure herbal natural cosmetic products with love.

By acquiring the habit of critically reading the ingredients of ALL the products that we as a family consume, was by no means easy. Drastic changes had to be made in our lifestyle and daily habits to avoid these harmful ingredients.

This has not only caused a problem for our father, but clearly also for anyone who is struggling with sensitive skin. That's why we are trying to help every one who cares about their health and what they put on their skin.

Sabish now produces the ultimate herbal natural soap bars, using only the highest quality of olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil and cacao butter, without the use of harmful ingredients. We do not use synthetic perfumes or chemicals.

We only use therapeutic herbs and essential oils to give our soaps a pleasant scent. Essential oils also have many therapeutic benefits for your health.
